Ejaso, through the Innovative Business and Venture Capital department, led by partner César Espert, has advised Mygocu, S.L. in its first round of investment worth €463,000, which will allow them to further develop their platform and strengthen their position in Spain and Europe. Several managers and entrepreneurs belonging to large and renowned companies in the Traveltech sector have participated in the transaction.

César Espert's team, in which associate Diego Moreno and junior associate Pilar Rubio participated, accompanied the client in all phases of the transaction until the closing and signing of the documents.
