EJASO Advises Radiantis on Its Integration into the Hawthorn Photonics Group

The Innovative Business & Venture Capital team at EJASO, led by partner César Espert and supported by associate Carla Muñiz, has advised the company Radiantis on its integration into the international group Hawthorn Photonics.

With this transaction, Radiantis—a manufacturer of next-generation tunable laser systems and optical parametric oscillators (OPOs)—becomes part of a global leader in non-linear optical technologies, which also includes Covesion Ltd. (United Kingdom) and AdvR Inc. (United States). The merger will enable Radiantis to expand its global reach, leverage its operational resources and continue to develop advanced laser solutions for scientific, industrial and medical applications.

EJASO supported Radiantis throughout the entire process, from the initial negotiation phase to the closing of the transaction, leading the structural and contractual negotiations to ensure strategic alignment with the interests of both the sellers and the buyers.
